Guest Experience Standards

Reserve for Your True Arrival Time — Your Cabana will be perfectly prepared for the time you select. Please arrive within 30 minutes to enjoy it at its best.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows — Arrivals more than 1 hour past your reserved time without prior notice may result in a $30 late/no-show fee and possible release of your setup to other guests.
Access Until 6:00 PM — Your private setup is yours to enjoy until this time.
Weather Assurance — For safety and comfort, Canopies/Shades will not be available if winds exceed 13+ mph, and in rare cases, service may conclude early for inclement conditions.
Food Concierge — Before placing any food orders for pickup, kindly inform your concierge to ensure seamless, timely service.
Reservation Guarantee — A valid card on file is required for every booking. Your reservation will not be accepted until the card is securely submitted.
