Our concierge will set up your perfect spot, complete with 2 lounge chairs, a shaded cabana, a side table, towel, and optional add-on cooler with ice and water, leaving you free to chat, laugh, and soak up the sun.
Cancellation Policy
1. Customer Responsibilities and Rules: Customers are expected to adhere to all outlined rules and responsibilities. This includes providing accurate information, following safety guidelines, and respecting staff instructions. 2. Clients and Potential Clients: This policy applies to both existing clients and potential clients seeking our services. All individuals interacting with our company must abide by these terms. 3. Liability for Damaged Property and Refund Policy: The Customer holds liability for any property damage directly caused by usage. Company property is thoroughly checked before each use. Refunds are not provided for cancellations made within two hours of the scheduled service. Full refunds will be issued in the event of inclement weather conditions preventing service completion. Setup relocation is not permitted. 4. Plain Language and Legal Terms: We strive to communicate in plain language to ensure understanding by all parties involved. Legal terms are kept to a minimum, with explanations provided where necessary for clarity. 5. Flexibility: There is no flexibility regarding the terms outlined in this policy.
