Cancellation and Partial Refund Policy 1 Week in Advance Cancellation: Beach Parties / Cabana Oasis Customers may cancel their reservation up to 7 days prior to the scheduled service for a full refund of their payment. Cancellations must be made via email or phone, and the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Partial Refund for Late Cancellations: Beach Parties / Cabana OAsis If a cancellation is made less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before the scheduled service, customers will receive a 50% refund of their payment. No Refund for Last-Minute Cancellations: ANY SERVICE Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling Policy: Customers who wish to reschedule instead of canceling may do so up to 48 hours before the scheduled service at no additional cost. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours will be subject to a 20% rescheduling fee.

We aim to set up as close to the waterfront as possible, but waterfront spots aren't guaranteed. Lifeguards are on duty until 6PM

This process ensures that your experience is perfectly tailored and prepared for your arrival, allowing you to relax and enjoy every moment without any hassle.
