Cancellations: • Cancel 2+ hours before your reservation – No fee • Cancel 1 hour to 30 minutes prior – $30 fee • Cancel less than 1 hour prior or no-show – $45 fee Rescheduling: • You may reschedule up to 4 hours before your reservation, subject to availability. Refunds: • We do not issue refunds due to weather. A full credit will be applied to a future reservation. • To request a refund, submit a message through our [Contact Form]. Clearly state your reason. Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted at management’s discretion. Please Note: All reservations require a completed Guest Terms & Conditions and Guest Assurance Agreement to be accepted and confirmed.
