Cabana For Two & Cabana Suite Policies 2+ hours before reservation — No fee 1 hour to 30 minutes before — $50 fee Less than 30 minutes or no-show — $65 fee Rescheduling You may reschedule up to 4 hours before your reservation, subject to availability. Weather Weather updates will be communicated 1 day prior or day of your reservation, contingent on the forecast. If weather impacts your experience, you will receive one complimentary raincheck to reschedule within 90 days. If the raincheck is declined, your payment will be applied as a credit toward a future reservation. No refunds are issued due to weather under any circumstances. Refunds No refunds are issued. All payments are non-refundable. Please Note All reservations require a completed Guest Terms & Conditions and Guest Assurance Agreement to be accepted and confirmed.
Beach Celebrations & Large Gatherings Deposits A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. Weather & Rainchecks If rain or inclement weather impacts your event, you have one complimentary raincheck to reschedule within 90 days. If you choose not to reschedule, BeachsideLI retains 30% of your total and refunds the remaining 70% within 5–7 business days. Weather decisions must be communicated at least 48 hours before your event. Cancellations 60+ days out — Full deposit refunded minus $150 admin fee 30–59 days out — 50% of deposit refunded 8–29 days out — Deposit forfeited 7 days or less — Full balance owed
